Myth of Race: Our DNA Defines who we are

Dr. Thomas Spelsberg, distinguished Mayo Clinic Director of Medical Genomics Education from 1999 to 2005 will share his knowledge and research on the origin of the human genome.

Is race a human invention?  Scientists who once legitimized ideas about race are now dismantling them. What does current scientific research tell us about human variation and why we are different as well as alike.  Don’t miss this opportunity to hear Dr. Spelsberg’s presentation.  Expect to be enlightened and entertained.
