Our guest speaker will be Eric Shoars, Ph. D., author of “Women Under Glass”- The Secret Nature of Glass Ceilings and the Steps to Overcome them” How can the visible barrier be made visible? Ten to 12 percent of corporate board seats are held by women, yet 73% of male CEOs believe the glass ceiling is no longer a problem, while 71% of women trying to break through say it is. Eric is an “edusuader” who lectures, writes, and blogs on the subject of glass ceilings and is a continuing advocate for women in business. Reservations not required.
